Tips for DVS Datasets from Shared Folders

DVS raw recordings in AEDAT-2.0 format at PolyDrive

In the shared folder, you will find 3 tar.gz files, 1 folder, 2 zip file and 1 text file:

  1. INI_vot_recordings_30fps_20160424.tar.gz: contains 60 DVS AEDAT files for the VOT Challenge 2015 Dataset
  2. INI_tracking_recordings_30fps_20160424.tar.gz: contains 67 DVS AEDAT files for the TrackingDataset
  3. INI_caltech256_recordings_10fps_20160424.tar.gz: stored 30,607 DVS AEDAT files in 257 classes for the Caltech-256 Dataset
  4. INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424: folder for UCF-50 AEDAT recordings
    • Because the original tar.gz file is too large to upload, it is split in two parts. On *nix platforms, they can be combined with the following command:

      cat INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424* > INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424.tar.gz
      

      On Windows Platforms, you can use copy instead:

      copy /b INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424aa+ INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424ab INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424.tar.gz
      

      You should get 6,676 AEDAT files after de-compressing the combined file.

    • INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424aa : first part of UCF-50 AEDAT files
    • INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424ab : second part of UCF-50 AEDAT files
    • md5_INI_ucf50_recordings_30fps_20160424.parts.txt: MD5 values for both parts.
  5. groundtruth-for-vot-and-tracking-dataset-20160610.zip: bounding boxes information in txt file for both VOT dataset and TrackingDataset (details in section Bounding Box Generation at the end)
  6. calibration.zip: Calibration data for SingleCameraClibration filter.
  7. md5_info.txt: MD5 values for all datasets

In the shared folder, you will find 3 tar.gz files, 1 folder and 1 text file:

  1. INI_VOT_30fps_20160610.hdf5.tar.gz: VOT dataset DVS recordings in HDF5 format.
  2. INI_TrackingDataset_30fps_20160610.hdf5.tar.gz: TrackingDataset DVS recordings in HDF5 format.
  3. INI_Caltech256_10fps_20160424.hdf5.tar.gz: Caltech-256 Dataset DVS recordings in HDF5 format.
  4. INI_UCF50_30fps_20160424.hdf5: folder for UCF-50 DVS recordings in HDF5 format.

    • md5_INI_UCF50_30fps_20160424.hdf5.parts.txt: MD5 values for both parts.
  5. md5_info.txt: MD5 values for all datasets

After decompressing each dataset, you should find one .hdf5 file, this HDF5 file contains all recording data from the corresponding dataset.
